2.3 Eligibility: By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and are using a valid work email for registration.
3.1 Account Creation: You must create an account using a valid work email address to access certain features of the Services. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep this information up to date.
3.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any actions taken under your account are your responsibility.
3.3 Unauthorized Access: If you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account, you agree to notify us immediately at support@weekwize.com.
4.1 Free Trial: We may offer a free trial period for new users. The duration of this trial will be communicated to you at sign-up.
4.2 Subscription Plans: After the free trial, you will be charged according to the subscription plan you select—either monthly or annually.
4.3 Billing: By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees to your designated payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
4.4 Refund Policy: Unless otherwise stated, all fees are non-refundable. Please review your plan details before subscribing.
5.1 Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful activities or in violation of these Terms, including but not limited to:

5.3 Account Suspension: We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe, at our sole discretion, you have breached these Terms or engaged in prohibited conduct.
6.1 Platform Ownership: We (Jordan Digital Marketing LLC) own all rights, title, and interest in and to the WeekWize platform, including its code, design, and branding.
6.2 User-Generated Data: Users retain ownership of the data they enter into the Services. By using the Services, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use your data solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, and improving the Services.
6.3 Trademarks: The “WeekWize” name and logo are our trademarks and may not be copied, imitated, or used without our prior written permission.
7.1 As Is: The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim any and all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7.2 No Guarantee: We do not guarantee the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
8.1 Indirect Damages: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jordan Digital Marketing LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Services.
8.2 Cap on Liability: In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid to us for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the event that gave rise to the claim.
9.1 Cancellation by User: You may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal or by contacting support@weekwize.com.
9.2 Suspension or Termination by Us: We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or other reasons at our sole discretion.
9.3 Data Retention: We may retain your account data for up to 6 months after cancellation or suspension in case you wish to reactivate. To have your data deleted sooner, email support@weekwize.com. After the retention period, we reserve the right to permanently delete your data.
10.1 Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10.2 Venue: Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Services shall be brought exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction in California, unless otherwise required by law.
11.1 Right to Update: We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time.
11.2 Posting a Revised Date: Whenever we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of these Terms.
11.3 Continued Use: Your continued use of the Services after any such modifications indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
12.1 Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
12.2 Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional agreements you enter into with us, constitute the entire agreement between you and Jordan Digital Marketing LLC regarding the Services.
12.3 No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision in the future.
